We engaged Dr. Nora to facilitate an Organizational Development Workshop to a group of 20 Learning & Development and Human Resource Relationship Managers. As the role of HR practitioners has evolved from being transactional to strategic, this program came in as a timely need to provide such skills and knowledge to fill the competencies of the team.

To ensure skills, and knowledge are effectively transferred, there were many methodologies used, which ranges from classroom mini-lectures to real OD practicums, and constant telephone discussions in between the modules to follow up on the learning progress.

Dr Nora comes to us as a subject matter expert in this area and always willing to share her input. In addition, she is passionate and committed in guiding us through the program.
